Salary: £35,000 – £37,000

The Store Manager role
* Driving force of our business with strong strategic and analytical thinking, maximising opportunities and achieving store sales, KPIs and profit
* Delivering a sensorial customer journey tailored to the individual, ensuring excellent service
* Building and developing a highly effective team through communication, coaching and training, empowering individuals
* Inspiring motivation and achieving targets through leadership
The Perfect Store Manager Candidate
* Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
* Experience within fragrance and beauty retail desirable
* Excellent communicator and engaging leader
* Proven commercial acumen and P&L accountability
* Customer‑centric approach
* Flexibility for travel and support of other locations
