We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Management Team as an Strategic Lead, Housing Investment. Your role: The post holder will be required to work collectively and collaboratively as part of the Housing Leadership Team, to ensure high quality, affordable services are delivered to the residents of East Suffolk. The candidate will lead the strategic planning and programming of the investment in the Council’s housing assets with delivering a range of housing investment projects across the district, proactively seek and acquire accommodation to meet ongoing housing need and develop investment programmes for existing homes based on sound asset information. What you will need: The successful candidate will have previous experience within a construction, property or design environment along with previous experience of managing projects from inception to delivery. The post holder will have thorough knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations and have experience of and ability to manage and organise a team of professionals. Why work for us?
