How you’ll make an impact: The Strategy Lead will work closely with senior executives to evaluate strategic priorities, investments, and growth initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to frame ambiguous problems, develop clear strategic perspectives, and translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready recommendations. Your role in action: Strategic Problem Solving & Business Case Leadership Own the end-to-end development of strategic business cases for major initiatives, including growth opportunities, cost transformation, product investments, and operational trade-offs. Frame complex, ambiguous problems into structured analyses and clear decision paths. Develop perspectives on risks, sensitivities, and strategic alternatives to support leadership decisions. Executive Communication & Storytelling Produce high-quality, executive-level PowerPoint presentations that synthesize analysis into clear, compelling narratives. Apply consulting-grade structuring (storylines, hypotheses, executive summaries) tailored to senior leadership audiences. Distill complex quantitative and qualitative inputs into crisp recommendations and implications. Analytical Rigor & Financial Insight Build and oversee robust models to support strategic analyses, including scenario planning, ROI analysis, and long-term impact assessment. Ensure analytical rigor while maintaining focus on strategic relevance rather than technical complexity. Partner closely with Finance to align assumptions, validate outputs, and ensure credibility. Strategic Partnership & Cross-Functional Influence Act as a thought partner to leaders across Strategy, Finance, Product, Commercial, and Operations. Balance strategic thinking with practical considerations of execution within an operating company. Could this be you? Experience at a top-tier or highly regarded management consulting firm Meaningful experience in an operating company environment (strategy, corporate development, finance, product, or operational leadership roles). Demonstrated track record of leading strategic analyses and business cases that informed senior-level decisions. Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred but not required Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready narratives independently. Strong Excel modelling skills used to underpin strategic arguments and recommendations. Advanced problem-solving and structured thinking abilities. Strong business judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity. Ability to synthesize disparate inputs into a coherent strategic point of view. Strategic mindset with an execution-aware perspective. High ownership, accountability, and intellectual curiosity. Confident communicator who can engage credibly with senior leaders.
