A day in the life of a Key Account Manager:
* Create and maintain relationships with high profile brands.
* Proactively manage your book of business to ensure satisfied clients and industry leading service.
* Identify opportunities to grow your accounts with additional features or sister companies.
* Reintroduce our services to former clients and win them back.
* Attend quarterly on-site visits and meetings to foster close relationships.
* Contribute to an industry leading product by translating client feedback into new features.
