Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Accounts Payable Manager for a 14 Month contract. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Manage and oversee preparation of bi-weekly multicurrency payment runs ensuring correct purchase order and invoice approvals in expense management system, completing 1st review of payment details to ensure appropriate and accurate support in line with the company expense policy
2. Prepare and review AP aged creditors report monthly to ensure payments are allocated and direct debits have corresponding invoices vouched against them
3. Monitor AP inbox to ensure internal and external queries are resolved in a timely manner
4. Working with AP Assistant ensure supplier reconciliation are completed monthly
5. If you have experience with SAP and or Concur that would be preferable
Profile:
The successful temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk will have at least 5+ years experience working within accounts payable and will have had exposure to managing individuals.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a media firm based in the City of London. You will work 2 days per week from their office and 3 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor role will be paying circa £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. This is dependant on experience.
