The Night Porter role involves overseeing hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.
As a Night Porter, you will manage the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcome guests, keep public areas clean, and prepare meeting spaces for the next day.
You will assist with luggage, handle guest inquiries, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits. Organisation and excellent communication skills are essential.
Experience in a similar role and night shift work is beneficial and required.
