A holistic approach WorkWell Workshop to support early intervention, in partnership with wider stakeholders such as VCSE, local authorities, community services, mental health and social sectors.
A core MDT panel will facilitate the running of the workshops consisting of:
* Physiotherapist-led exercise advice
* Pain cafe - low level pain management strategies delivered by pharmacist
* Social prescribing for community support (e.g. isolation, activity, financial advice, housing)
* Mental health and wellbeing check in
* Impartial HR/employment advice for managing sickness and return to employment
* Health coach offering health check lite focussing on physical lifestyle interventions (blood pressure check, weight management, smoking cessation, exercise referrals)
Main duties of the job
Low level interventions within community workshops for patients who are currently employed but on sick leave having 2 or more fit notes issued in the last 6 months
