The Castle Inn is a popular community pub benefiting from a guest base of returning regular customers, located at the heart of a large residential area in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton. This large site benefits from a dining area of 60 covers, a snug seating 20 and the bar seating an additional 40 covers, and is the perfect venue for families and diners.
The Castle is a hub for the local community and benefits from Sky Sports & TNT as well as local sports teams including crib, dominoes, pool and darts. The site currently trades at £11,000 per week on average, with 20% of the sales coming from the food side of the business, however we feel this site could increase sales to £15,000 per week with a successful experienced operator.
