Overview:
The Spa Director will lead and develop a luxury wellness destination within the new NICI Hotel, building on the proven success of the spa at NICI Bournemouth. The role is responsible for delivering a refined, lifestyle-led spa experience that balances indulgence, wellbeing, and commercial performance.
As a senior leader, the Spa Director will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including team leadership, guest experience, and financial performance, while shaping signature treatments and wellness programming. This is a key role in establishing the spa as a standout destination for both hotel guests and the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
