This position is well-suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production-grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and have at least one year of relevant experience Duties • Prototype and experiment with emerging technologies to assess technical feasibility and potential business impact. • Design and implement solutions that integrate vector databases and architectures into existing enterprise environments. • Use GenAI development frameworks and orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, or PromptFlow to build scalable and dynamic AI solutions. • Develop and test agent-based systems that support communication protocols like MCP or A2A. • Stay up to date and continuously explore the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. • Apply knowledge of Azure AI (e.g., through certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals) to develop and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft’s cloud platform Skills • Strong software development background with proficiency in Python. • Experience with API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django. • Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments. • Hands-on experience with LLM models such as OpenAI GPTs, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral. • Expertise in applying prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and reliability. • Experience in implementing robust evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI (RAI) practices. • Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem such as M365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. • Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
