Head of Marketing, Business Travel, Up to c£65k + 10% Bonus, hybrid/remote. We are delighted to be working in partnership with this award winning, mid-size travel management company with a growing global footprint who are seeking a Head of Marketing. Hybrid or remote working arrangements are open for discussion depending on proximity from the companies offices in south east England. Head of Marketing Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
* Lead, mentor, and provide direction to a Marketing Exec and external agencies
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, social media, events, and partnerships
* Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
* Collaborate with sales, account management, and operations teams to optimise the customer journey
* Analyse performance metrics and ROI, using insights to continuously improve campaigns
* Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
* Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into new regions
Head of Marketing Skills Required
* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
* Experience within the business travel sector preferred and broader industry experience in events or leisure travel would be advantageous.
* Strong track record in B2B marketing and demand generation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and tools
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
