What you’ll be doing As an Airport Lounge Hospitality Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the lounge, helping to deliver a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for passengers travelling through the airport. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the smooth running of the airport lounge during busy operational periods Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout all lounge areas Supporting with food and beverage service, replenishment of stock, and clearing of tables Assisting with the receipt, storage, and rotation of deliveries and supplies in line with company procedures Providing excellent customer service and responding politely and professionally to passenger requests and queries Supporting colleagues across different lounge operations as required to ensure an efficient service Ensuring all work areas, equipment, and service stations are clean, safe, and fully stocked Following all food safety, COSHH, health & safety, and airport security procedures at all times Operating equipment and carrying out tasks safely and responsibly in line with training provided Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends and early morning shifts.
