Job Title: Nursery Room Leader
Location: 29A Junction Road, Ealing, W5 4XP
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 4‑day and 5‑day working options
Reports to: Nursery Manager

What You Bring
 * Passion for Early Years Education: Genuine love for working with children and commitment to providing the best start in life.
 * Knowledge of EYFS: Solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
 * Qualified & Experienced: Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
 * Build Strong Relationships: Form bonds with children and families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
 * Team Player: Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback, positive and proactive approach.
