Role Overview
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will manage NatWest Boxed client relationships and develop strategic plans to ensure clients fully utilize our services to meet their needs. You will understand clients' strategic aspirations and identify how our products can drive value.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding service and high-quality outcomes.
* Leverage NatWest Boxed expertise to support client retention and growth, including upselling and account expansion.
* Build strong client relationships and support their transition from prospects to active users.
* Implement success metrics and KPIs to evaluate client account performance.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance client satisfaction and address issues or opportunities.
* Ensure clients see ongoing value by aligning on their key success criteria.
* Manage Client Due Diligence (CDD) and onboarding processes efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) industry.
* Strong relationship management, selling, and influencing skills.
* Experience with senior external client engagement and influence.
* Proven track record of achieving financial targets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
