Salary: A GBP 25k + Commission

The Role
Looking for a motivated and driven Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join the team in a full 360 role. This is a varied and hands:on position where you will be involved in every stage of the lettings and sales process, from instruction through to completion and ongoing property management.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
* Generate new business and win instructions
* Manage a portfolio of rental properties
* Carry out property inspections
* Handle tenant applications, referencing, and move:ins
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
* Progress sales and lettings through to completion
* Deal with maintenance issues and coordinate contractors
* Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation
* Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high service standards
About You
* Previous experience in lettings, sales, or property management
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
* Proactive and be self:motivated
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Knowledge of current lettings legislation is an advantage
