Position Summary
We are seeking a Portfolio Operations and Investor Coverage Support [Analyst/Associate] to assist the COO across several strategies as our business grows. Initial focus areas include: Morgan Stanley Energy Partners (MSEP), Morgan Stanley Next Level (MSNL), PC&E’s Insurance Dedicated Fund (IDF), and a strategic fund of one partnership. The role may expand to cover additional strategies and support platform-wide projects.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
Principal Responsibilities
* Prepare and coordinate client reports, including quarterly summaries and full fund investor documents, collaborating with investment teams, fund administrators, legal, governance, and investor servicing teams.
* Organize and facilitate investor calls and meetings.
* Develop and update marketing and fund documents, including pitchbooks, offering documents, and partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with private placement regulations.
* Handle investor diligence requests and provide information to prospective and current investors.
* Communicate fund strategies and manage daily investor inquiries.
* Support investment teams with operational duties.
* Maintain relationships with external fund support providers such as legal counsel, fund administrators, and lenders.
* Oversee governance processes for investment and valuation committees.
* Assist in planning and coordinating large meetings, including Annual General Meetings and conferences, working with Morgan Stanley events team.
* Coordinate with business continuity functions to keep team plans current.
* Lead initiatives for platform-wide development and improvements.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is highly encouraged.

Expected starting salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with total compensation including bonuses, incentives, and benefits, determined individually.
