About You
You should have experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programs. Your positive energy, excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills are essential. You should be considerate and kind in all interactions, and able to manage your time effectively.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, attend appropriate safeguarding training, and know how to report concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
