Operating across wholesale, trade, retail B2B, direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce and export markets, Team RH is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a commercially astute Head of Sales to lead and scale its multi-channel revenue function. Role Overview The Head of Sales will own and drive all revenue-generating activity across wholesale, trade, retail B2B, D2C, e-commerce and export markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for revenue strategy, sales team leadership, channel expansion, key account management and international growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Strategy & Growth · Develop and execute a multi-channel sales strategy aligned to company growth targets. · Own annual revenue forecasting, budgeting and target setting. · Identify and unlock new revenue streams across domestic and international markets. · Drive profitable growth across wholesale, trade, retail B2B, D2C, e-commerce and export. 2. Channel Leadership Wholesale & Trade · Build and scale national wholesale and trade distribution. · Negotiate commercial terms and supply agreements. · Expand product penetration within existing accounts. · Identify and onboard new strategic partners. Retail B2B · Secure and grow relationships with retail partners. · Manage joint business planning with key accounts. · Deliver margin-positive growth across store networks. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) & E-commerce · Collaborate with marketing to optimise online conversion and revenue. · Drive promotional strategy, pricing and campaign alignment. · Oversee sales performance across owned e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Person Specification Essential Experience · 8–12 years’ senior sales experience in a multi-channel environment. · Proven success scaling revenue across wholesale, trade, retail B2B, D2C and e-commerce. · Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. · Strong background in commercial negotiation and key account management. · Experience managing multi-million revenue targets. · Advanced understanding of margin management and commercial modelling.
