Overview
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a large and inclusive primary setting in the High Wycombe area to recruit a skilled and nurturing Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children with additional needs in the Early Years.

Key Information
Contract Type: Fixed Term until August 2026 (starting September 2025)
Working Pattern: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday (8:15am – 3:45pm with a 30-minute lunch break)
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 3 – ISN 16
Actual Salary: approx. £22,000 per annum (£1,833 per month gross)
Additional Days: 2 INSET days per year (claimed as overtime)
Location: High Wycombe area (exact school details available upon application)

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a supportive and experienced SEN team to deliver a personalised curriculum to two children with additional needs in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The setting prioritises inclusion, creativity, and pupil wellbeing while maintaining high expectations for all.
Candidate Requirements
HLTA status (or equivalent qualification)
GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths
Strong experience supporting Early Years pupils, particularly those with SEND
Commitment to inclusive practice and making a tangible difference to pupil progress
