We are Gravity, where having fun matters

We are Gravity, the UK’s biggest name in active entertainment. Since 2015, we've been creating fun-focused venues, starting with trampolines and expanding into experience gaming and attractions like Karting, bowling, VR, and food and drink within the Gravity Social bar.

We are currently looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join our fun team at Gravity Max.


What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include updating CRM and HRIS systems, raising purchase orders, documentation, liaising with managers, and supporting daily site operations. You should be able to handle multiple tasks, solve problems effectively, and possess strong MS Office and interpersonal skills. Your duties will also involve tracking sales figures, contracts, and office management tasks.

1. Develop and implement new administrative systems, including record management, and update current filing systems.
2. Ensure clear communication regarding H&S, Events, and HR requests daily to staff.
3. Respond to customer complaints within 48 hours and escalate as necessary.
4. Manage social media reviews and escalate issues when needed.
5. Support issuing Purchase Order Numbers to contractors and suppliers.
6. Assist F&B management with invoice processing and storage.
7. Provide note-taking support for management meetings, disciplinary, and grievance meetings.
8. Act as liaison between the Wandsworth site, H&O, and external stakeholders.
9. Review and update HR reports to ensure accuracy.
10. Coordinate with marketing to keep internal advertisements current.
11. Manage email correspondence and communication flow for managers.
12. Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment, including ordering supplies.
13. Report regularly to the General Manager and support data protection compliance.
14. Follow instructions from senior management to support operational needs.
