Key Responsibilities * Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight services. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through various lead generation methods. * Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and account growth. * Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. * Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and opportunities. * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements * Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or a service-based industry. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident managing the full sales cycle. * Ability to quickly learn industry terminology and service offerings. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
