Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes involves being part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. Challenges may arise, but so do small victories. Our goal is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care. Support workers find fulfillment in making positive impacts, celebrating even the smallest achievements.

Your role involves understanding each young person’s needs, personality, and potential, guiding them toward a positive future. You will plan and organize engaging activities such as go-karting, theme parks, adventure days, and evening/weekend outings to ensure fun and development.
