Sales Manager – New Homes Developer (Dorset)
We’re partnering with a respected new homes developer in Dorset to recruit an experienced Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, driving results, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
The Role
The Sales Manager will oversee several local developments, leading a team of Sales Advisers and ensuring strong sales performance. You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their home-buying journey and maintaining high standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of Sales Advisers across Dorset developments
*
Drive sales performance and meet targets
*
Ensure compliance with all sales processes and company policies
*
Maintain accurate information and use sales systems effectively
*
Oversee staffing, rotas, and day-to-day team operations
*
Act as an escalation point for customer issues
*
Support new site launches, working closely with Marketing
*
Carry out basic market and competitor research
*
Maintain high standards in sales offices and showhomes
*
Work with the sales progression team to keep sales moving smoothly
What We’re Looking For

Experience in new homes sales, ideally in a management or senior adviser role

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
*
Organised, proactive, and confident working under pressure
*
Good IT skills and strong attention to detail
*
Flexible to work weekends and travel between sites within Dorset
