A well-established and growing organisation within the construction, waste management and recycling sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and strengthen its finance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Finance Director. You will oversee financial reporting, strengthen financial controls and support strategic decision-making across multiple divisions within the business. The role offers a unique opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to combine operational finance leadership with strategic input. As Financial Controller, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of accurate management accounts, financial control and reporting across the organisation while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
