Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our client's team in the centre of Ipswich.

Key Duties
* Build strong relationships with customers through engaging and professional communication.
* Listen to customers' needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Provide excellent service while upselling and cross-selling relevant financial products.
* Maintain accurate customer records and manage accounts effectively.
* Take part in ongoing training and workshops to develop industry knowledge and skills.
About You
* Enjoys talking to people and building lasting relationships.
* Possesses excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
* May have experience in sales, retail, or hospitality and is now seeking a professional career path.
* No prior experience in financial services required - full training is provided.
* Passionate, ambitious, and eager to learn.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits
* £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, with further pay increases as your knowledge grows.
