Shifts: Monday to Sunday rota, between 09:00 – 18:00

Our Showrooms are open to the public to visit, allowing them to try our core range of products, ask questions, and decide which item would best suit their specific needs. Our Showroom Managers ensure that their team of Sales Advisors feel supported and that the store runs as efficiently as possible.
As a Showroom Manager, you will:
* Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
* Encourage and motivate your team to meet objectives and sales targets
* Effectively manage your team including planning rotas, delivering training and cascading information from other departments and local market
* Manage the stockroom to shopfloor replenishment process
* Ensure cashing-up, banking systems and sales transactions are completed accurately
About you
To be considered for the position of Showroom Manager you will need:
* Previous retail management experience
* Proven experience of meeting sales targets through proven selling techniques
* The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and external business partners
* The ability to demonstrate excellent Retail standards throughout the sales floor including layout, product display and POS/graphics
* Experience in the effective management of the compliance of company procedures and systems relating to stock control and sales transactions
