The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity with excellent career potential to join a professional and dynamic commercial property management team as a qualified surveyor. With an emphasis on the importance of reaping the reward of hard work the working environment within this department would lend itself to an individual with a desire to grow their professional profile.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the assets on a day-to-day basis, whilst instructing and managing associated workflows and liaising with our in-house accounts team on accounting-based requirements.
About your role
The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar role managing commercial properties in London. They will be enthusiastic, well presented, organised and have a genuine interest in the commercial property industry and want to provide an exceptional service to our clients and tenants.

What you'll do
* Manage a portfolio of buildings, including budgets, service charges, and accounts.
* Oversee maintenance and repairs with a proactive approach.
* Deliver excellent client service through clear communication and coordination.
* Work closely with Agency and Landlord & Tenant teams to support asset management.
* Assist in securing new business opportunities.

Great to have
* A proven track record and relevant commercial property management experience
* MRICS qualified
* Knowledge of management software and systems is preferred
* Working knowledge of technical and statutory legislation
