Combining top-tier expertise with commercial insight, the firm delivers strategic, expert support across all practice areas Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Assistant role: Filing SDLT returns with HMRC and arranging payment where needed Contacting managing agents, management companies, and landlords to serve Notices and complete post-completion requirements Lodging AP1 applications via the HM Land Registry portal within priority timeframes Submitting First Registration applications (FR1 and DL) to the Land Registry within priority periods Keeping records up to date and tracking the status of applications Handling queries and requisitions from the Land Registry Updating Lender Exchange and LMS systems Answering registration progress queries from lenders and clients Following up with clients and solicitors for missing documents Issuing completed registrations and title documents to clients Sending completed registrations and original documents to lenders outside the portals Reconciling client account balances and closing files...
