Research Governance & Compliance Ensure research projects comply with ICH-GCP, HRA, EU directives, Data Protection, and Trust standards. Oversee approvals, contracts, feasibility, and capacity and capability confirmations. Maintain/ develop SOPs, policies, and quality assurance systems. Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
Study Support & Coordination Provide functional support across the research lifecycle (feasibility, set-up, conduct, closure, archiving). Ensure amendments and participant documents are processed correctly and on time. Maintain accurate research and performance records (electronic and paper). Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with investigators, clinical teams, sponsors, service departments, and the NW RRDN.
Promote research internally and externally. Supporting with training and development within research.
