AG Hotels Group invites applications for the position of General Assistant at our newly acquired property, The Runmere Hotel in Runcorn. This role focuses mainly on Front of House (FOH) duties, with additional support to Housekeeping as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and assist with check-in/out and general queries.
* Manage room reservations and ensure that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date
* Process guest payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
* Report any health and safety issues/ maintenance issues to the relevant department
* Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and public areas.
* Help housekeeping with room setups, linen delivery, and tidying common spaces.
* Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.

* Requirements:
* Positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
* Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
* Should be willing to multitask
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
