Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: South Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining client relationships within the construction industry
Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a range of roles
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
Meeting targets and delivering outstanding service

A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
Target-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus
