About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support professional to join a growing team in Liverpool. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the inance sales process, supporting both internal teams and external partners. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service, enhancing sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial proposal through to fulfilment
2. Produce accurate and competitive finance quotations across multiple business streams
3. Develop a strong understanding of retail, contract hire, and corporate finance products
4. Actively support new sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service
5. Handle customer settlement figures and assist with dealer staff car schemes
6. Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal stakeholders
7. Manage key in-house dealer accounts, providing ongoing support throughout the application lifecycle
8. Assist the Sales team with vehicle procurement and delivery logistics
9. Support floor managers and help strengthen internal operational processes
10. Manage accounts without field sales involvement, ensuring consistent service delivery
11. Prepare commission quotations, including campaigns and promotional structures
12. Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of integrity and customer fairness
13. Provide ongoing support for accounts transitioned from the Field Sales team
Skills & Experience
14. Strong administrative and system skills with excellent attention to detail
15. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
16. Excellent organisational and communication skills
17. A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
18. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
19. Team-oriented with a flexible and positive attitude
20. Knowledge of the motor trade and vehicle finance is highly desirable
21. Experience in a broker environment is advantageous but not essential
