Your quick self‑check You have at least two of the following: Employee Relations, confident with investigations, note‑taking, outcomes and manager coaching Learning & Development, tracking compliance, coordinating programmes, reporting Recruitment, briefing roles, shortlisting/interviews, offers and onboarding …and ideally: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) Strong HR systems savvy (data, records, reporting) A calm, practical style and great judgement What you’ll do (the highlights) ER & HR Ops First point of contact for employee queries; consistent, legally‑sound advice Support ER cases end‑to‑end: investigations, documentation, outcomes Keep immaculate, confidential records and ensure GDPR/compliance Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate postings, screening, interviews and offers Prepare contracts and onboarding packs; deliver smooth inductions Learning & Development Track statutory/compliance training; report progress and gaps Coordinate in‑house/external learning and keep clean training records Payroll Coordination Partner with Finance/payroll to capture starters/leavers/changes accurately Verify monthly inputs and maintain audit‑ready data Projects, Culture & Continuous Improvement Champion values and belonging; help lift engagement across teams Improve processes and systems; contribute to people projects that scale a growing business What you’ll get in return 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) Based in the most beautiful, stunning location.
