HR & Payroll Administrator

£35,000 - £38,000 + benefits
Outsource UK is looking to recruit a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a growing, fast-paced life insurance provider on a permanent basis.
This role is essential to the smooth running of the HR function and will suit someone with hands-on experience in payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
You'll play a key role in managing data accuracy, supporting monthly payroll delivery, and ensuring seamless employee support from onboarding to exit.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
* Working knowledge of UK and Ireland payroll rules, statutory deductions, and tax regulations.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* CIPD qualified or working towards it is preferred.
