Process incoming mail, extracting and filing relevant documentation efficiently and confidentially. Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming reception, waiting and back-office environment. Provide a positive image of the organisation in all interactions. Escalate incidents, concerns or notable feedback to the appropriate manager promptly. Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times. Demonstrate our values by being compassionate, respectful, accomplished and encouraging in every interaction.
