This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation near Staplehurst, providing day‑to‑day IT support across a busy site. You'll be part of a small, friendly team responsible for keeping systems running smoothly and users fully supported.
The Role
* Respond to support requests for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Set up new users, install and configure IT equipment and software.
* Monitor systems and perform routine maintenance checks.
* Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and network-related problems.
* Log incidents and upscale more complex issues when required.
* Deliver a proactive, helpful service to users across the organisation.
What You Will Need
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
* Basic networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
* Hands‑on hardware troubleshooting skills.
* A friendly, solutions‑focused approach to support.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
It Would Also Be Helpful If You Have
* Around one year of experience in IT Support (business, education, or public‑sector setting).
* Awareness of data security, confidentiality, and safeguarding.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
