Location: Kent area. 7 day service with hours 8am–8pm.

Responsibilities
* Care for patients and their families in line with our high service standards, sharing best practice and continuously improving ways of working.
* Use strong communication and organisational skills to deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
* Collaborate with the team to provide compassionate, value-driven care for the wider community.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration and license to practice.
* Band 5 nursing experience in community settings is preferred; confident in IT systems with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work is essential.
