An exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to lead and run the New Build Department in an established, friendly and flexible environment.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in all things Residential Property, with a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and experience in business development and strategic growth.
The Candidate
* Residential conveyancing experience, skilled with compliance.
* Experience managing a team and contributing towards training of the team and department.
* Possess a high level of technical ability, with experience with title check and raising enquiries.
* Bring or develop a following of developers/contacts.
* Approachable, collaborative, and aligned with a values-led firm culture.
* Motivated by growth, quality, and long-term career progression.
