Pay: GBP 85 GBP 100 per day

We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming school in the Southampton area. This rewarding role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD and SEMH.

What You ll Be Doing:
. Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
. Assisting with learning activities and classroom engagement
. Promoting emotional wellbeing and confidence
. Supporting behaviour management strategies
. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
. Helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment
What We re Looking For:
. Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
. Patient, calm and resilient approach
. Strong communication and teamwork skills
. Passion for supporting children s development
. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
