School Receptionist / Administrator
We wish to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join the Admin Team for both Main School and Sixth Form Reception of a busy 11-19 multi-cultural school specialising in the Sciences and Sport.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable person to manage the smooth running of the Reception area. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents and visitors with a clear knowledge of all aspects of safeguarding.
Main duties will include being the first point of contact for parents, visitors and all stakeholders, acceptance of deliveries, dealing with incoming and outgoing post. Other necessary qualities include confidentiality, efficiency and being able to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
* Possibility of job share for suitable candidates
* 35 hours per week (option of P/T hours maybe available)
* Term Time Only (41 Weeks including 2 weeks to be worked during the summer holidays)
