About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial and financial aspects of projects, ensuring delivery within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include: * Managing cost planning and commercial reporting across all project stages. * Preparing bills of quantities, cost forecasts, and variations. * Conducting tender analysis, supplier pricing evaluations, and value engineering. * Collaborating with project managers, designers, and commercial teams to control budgets and mitigate risks. * Providing commercial advice and guidance to support effective decision-making. * Presenting cost information confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
