The Ideal Candidate:
· Previous experience in property sales, lettings, or a related field is required.
· Professional, friendly, and driven to achieve targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
· Able to work five days per week, to include Saturday, with a day off during the week.
· Own vehicle and full driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers.
· Work closely with the sales progression team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.
Qualifications/Experience:
· Relevant experience in estate agency or a similar role.
· Sales-driven individuals with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
