Paid Search Specialist
The Paid Search Specialist role sits in the Global Marketing Team and provides a unique opportunity to develop and execute paid search campaigns across diverse search engines, platforms and channels for a mission‑driven organisation.
Responsibilities
* Design, implement and manage PPC search campaigns across multiple search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximise website traffic, lead generation and conversions.
* Manage paid digital media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) to achieve similar goals.
* Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high‑performing and negative keywords.
* Work with marketing colleagues to develop compelling ad copy and review creatives in line with brand guidelines.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identify trends and make data‑driven recommendations to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS.
* Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, landing‑page optimisation and keyword expansion.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (copywriters, designers, marcomms) to align digital campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
* Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimisation of ad spend.
Qualifications
* Directly accountable for designing and executing paid‑digital‑media, PPC and SEO/Search engine optimisation campaigns in a current or previous role.
* In‑depth working understanding of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Proficiency in using various social‑media and digital advertising platforms to place, run, monitor and report on campaigns.
* Experience with PPC tools, bid‑management platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
* Solid understanding of keyword research, audience targeting and ad copywriting best practices.
* Excellent team player able to develop effective working relationships across global time zones.
* Excellent written and verbal English (fluent).
