Job Description: Due to a promotion we are seeking an aspiring future kitchen leader to join our team as a Junior Sous Chef. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their culinary skills and grow within our dynamic kitchen environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations Assist in the mentoring of our Level 2 Commis Chef apprentices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Contribute to menu planning and development Train and mentor junior kitchen staff including our apprentices.
