We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Little Folks Day Nursery in Kidderminster. This role is vital in nurturing and educating young children, ensuring they receive the best care and early learning experiences. Responsibilities
* Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
* Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare
* Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
* Strong understanding of child development principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
