What youll be doing:
Building nurturing and trusting relationships with young people from deprived or challenging backgrounds.
Supporting their daily routines, education, and personal growth.
Helping young people regulate emotions and develop resilience.
Ensuring safeguarding, advocacy, and promoting young peoples rights.
Working as part of a reflective, supportive, and therapeutic team.
What were looking for:
A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
The ability to stay calm, caring, and consistent, even in challenging situations.
An eagerness to learn therapeutic approaches such as trauma-informed care and PACE.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Previous experience is welcome but not essential what matters most is your commitment, potential, and resilience.
