We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (6-month role / 25 hours a week) to join our creative team and help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their design career who’s keen to build experience, contribute ideas, and work on a wide range of visual content. You’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, create engaging assets for social media and web including user journey and prototyping, and help maintain a consistent brand identity. Job Responsibilities
* Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, website visuals and prototypes, infographics, presentations, brochures, and adverts
* Support marketing campaigns by producing creative assets that align with brand and strategy
* Maintain brand consistency across all materials while contributing fresh ideas to evolve our visual identity
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts, storyboards, and creative direction
* Assist with video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content creation for social and digital platforms
* Manage multiple design projects at once, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
* Prepare artwork for print production and digital publication
* Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices across print and digital
Qualifications
* Strong interest in graphic design and visual storytelling
* Basic proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
* Understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory
* Ability to create content for social media and digital platforms
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
* Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks across multiple projects
* Team player with a proactive and creative mindset
