Description
The firm is expanding, and you will be a key addition, working on diverse deals as a Corporate Finance Manager at their Exeter offices. You will collaborate with directors, manage projects from initial client meetings through deal structuring, financial modelling, due diligence, valuations, fundraising, and project completion. Building strong client relationships and understanding their drivers is essential. Work encompasses mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, restructuring, refinancing, grant applications, and valuations. You will produce cash flow forecasts and budgets, guide clients through technical transactions, and assess company viability.
Profile
You may hold ACA, ACCA, CF qualifications, with experience in top-tier, mid-tier, or independent accountancy firms, or from a boutique corporate finance environment. Candidates with up to two years or more post-qualification experience at or near the Corporate Finance Manager level are encouraged to apply, especially those seeking career advancement within a growing, successful firm.
