Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the production process of retail products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Following production schedules and instructions to meet deadlines.
Conducting quality checks on products and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area to comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes
Assist in the packaging and labeling of products to company standards.
Maintain accurate stock control, including monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
Prepare and organise products for dispatch, ensuring correct quantities and packaging requirements are met.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety guidelines.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Support with goods in/out, including receiving deliveries and updating stock records.
Work collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets.
Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to hygiene and safety protocolsWhat We're Looking For:
