About This Role
Join PwC's growing Valuations team! We have around 150 people in the UK and, unlike other firms, we specialize along industry lines, as we believe having a deep understanding of the issues and opportunities facing each sector is critical to producing commercial and robust valuations. We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals for our Energy, Utilities, Resources & Infrastructure teams. Your role will involve assessing the value of businesses, shares, and assets for diverse clients, collaborating with colleagues from due diligence, corporate finance, restructuring, tax, and audit to support strategic decisions and compliance.
This Role is For You If
This position is ideal for individuals with relevant experience and enthusiasm for valuations and specific sectors. Candidates should hold either ACA or CFA qualifications, or an international equivalent, and possess the ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights. An interest in utilizing emerging technologies like AI is beneficial.
What Your Day Will Look Like
* Manage project delivery, engaging with clients, and ensuring timely, quality outputs.
* Analyze business plans and sector dynamics using PwC's analytics tools.
* Guide and support junior team members through coaching and development.
* Oversee workstreams within larger engagements, ensuring quality and alignment.
